Housing market regains strength

En el presente trabajo se analiza básicamente la evolución del mercado de vivienda en España en el primer cuatrimestre de 2021. En los dos primeros apartados se repasa la situación económica mundial y de España, respectivamente. En los apartados tercero, cuarto y quinto se analiza la evolución del mercado de vivienda desde el lado de los precios, demanda, financiación y nueva oferta, respectivamente. En el sexto y último apartado se comentan algunos aspectos de la política de vivienda estatal en España.
