Abstract

The authors feel that up-dating information necessary for planning to be a difficult task for both local and territorial administrations. Technological progress has, however, offered new solutions to ease this, thanks especially to the great advances made in the developing of concepts under-pinning computer graphics and increasing the scope of earlier geographic programmes. Today 's approach to Madrid City Hall's on-going territorial administration finds its support in such techniques
