Abstract

The paper maintains that Constitutional Court Sentence 61/1997 of 20 March as to the Land Usage & Assessment Act (Reformed Text 1992) marks a turning point in Spanish City and Territorial Planning Legislation. An analysis is made of the situation previous to same which finds it, when compared with the present one, marked by both partiality and many short falls touching upon Autonomous Reg. Govt. powers. The paper 's brief introduction lays out what is to follow, this being, in the main, a series of tables giving the Autonomous Reg. Govt. legislation in force as to City and Territorial Planning, these being further filled out with those integrating standing regulations as to Green Zones and National Parks. This review of legislation for organizing territory is then rounded out by a listing of those Autonomous Reg. Govt. Instruments for the same at present on the books.
