Real estate promotion in the Pamplona Municipal Area: 1956- 1994

Abstract

The paper is a study of residential real estate activity in the Pamplona Municipal Area during nigh forty years of its most recent history. It begins with a review of those factors that have borne and still bear on the lay out of the residential landscape in the zone. Next housing promotion in Pamplona and its metropolitan area are studied. Special attention is here paid to the quantifying and cartographical expressing of various variables such as house type, be these free enterprise or subsidized, the promotors of these and their being of a private or public standing, this information being in itself set out within the time and space co-ordinates proper to the study.
