A detailed description is likewise given in the channelling works considered in the Pact and the final destination of the water in this way assured is clearly indicated. The present state of the works mentioned in the Pact's various projects and the progress in the same that this represents are also gone into. The paper is rounded of by a series of considerations as to the Pact in itself and hydrological planning in general.
