Basic tenets of the National Hydraulic Plan

Abstract

The paper sets out to offer an overview of the water question within the terms of the administering of this resource, to do so bringing in the accumulated experience as to this offered by hydraulic planning studies undertaken to date. The state of the question at a national level born of this study of demand and supply marks the territorial water imbalance. The remedies for this indicated in the National Hydraulic Plan are then enumerated as are those steps intended to redress the environment in its aquatic aspect. As an addenda, the paper mentions some of the holdbacks met in the trying to prepare this draft for the National Hydraulic Plan.

With the aim of promoting the dissemination of knowledge, CyTET joins the Open Journal Access (OA) movement and delivers all of its content to various national and international indexes, repositories and databases under this protocol; therefore, the submission of a work to be published in the journal presupposes the explicit acceptance by the author of this distribution method.

Authors are encouraged to reproduce and host their work published in CyTET in institutional repositories, web pages, etc. with the intention of contributing to the improvement of the transfer of knowledge and the citation of said works.
