Manifiesto de Expertos en Derecho Ambiental de la Universidad de Granada
Abstract
Entre los meses de septiembre a diciembre de 1994 ha tenido lugar en Granada el Curso de Expertos en Derecho Ambiental, en el que han participado 19 profesores y 30 alumnos. Este curso ha respondido al interés que se ha generado en torno al elemento ambiental en los últimos arios, así como al necesario análisis dela considerable cantidad de normas que han venido a conformar lo que hoy ya se considera una nueva rama del derecho, precisamente el ambiental. Los últimos dias de este curso se dedicaron a un debate abierto sobre las distintas cuestiones analizadas a lo largo de todas las sesiones previas, resultando de todo esto las conclusiones a las que estas lineas preceden. Estas conclusiones constituyen una propuesta integral para una protección ambiental, son una opción para ofrecer una respuesta plena a las necesidades de tutela ambiental y que pretende a su vez instalar en el debate el avezado lector, al que naturalmente se le invita a recorrer estas conclusiones sin sustraerse a una revisión critica de las mismas para la consecución del objetivo común de frenar los procesos de degradación ecológica y civilizatoria.

Authors must sign a Transfer of Rights Form, which will be sent to them from the CyTET Secretariat once the article is accepted for publication.
With the aim of promoting the dissemination of knowledge, CyTET joins the Open Journal Access (OA) movement and delivers all of its content to various national and international indexes, repositories and databases under this protocol; therefore, the submission of a work to be published in the journal presupposes the explicit acceptance by the author of this distribution method.
Authors are encouraged to reproduce and host their work published in CyTET in institutional repositories, web pages, etc. with the intention of contributing to the improvement of the transfer of knowledge and the citation of said works.
