Abstract

An attempt is made in this paper to high-light, albeit synthetically and by means of a characterization of the outstandingly marked stages that the period in question (1969-1989), was marked by, that thread of continuity that runs through them all. This unifying thread is seen to be four-fold in its evolutionary nature: a) urban reality as it has been understood; h) such urbanistic policies as have tried to play upon this reality; c) those ideas and their conceptual puttings into effect (urbanistic theory) upon which the urbanistic suggestions of the period were based, and d) the instruments with which it was hoped that such interventions could be carried througt (that is to say, basically, the plans that marked this period).

Authors must sign a Transfer of Rights Form, which will be sent to them from the CyTET Secretariat once the article is accepted for publication.

With the aim of promoting the dissemination of knowledge, CyTET joins the Open Journal Access (OA) movement and delivers all of its content to various national and international indexes, repositories and databases under this protocol; therefore, the submission of a work to be published in the journal presupposes the explicit acceptance by the author of this distribution method.

Authors are encouraged to reproduce and host their work published in CyTET in institutional repositories, web pages, etc. with the intention of contributing to the improvement of the transfer of knowledge and the citation of said works.
