Urban structure of cities of La Plana

Abstract

The development and expansion recently undergone by the main urban nuclei in the lands of La Plana seem to tie in with the main theoretical models explaining present urban structures. To define and to know them appears to be very useful because they can act as a guiding line to planning the enormous consumption of rural soil that has taken place in this portion of the territory of Castellon-its provincial capital dominating over it in the last two decades.
