On Measuring Impact on Lining Space (FIA)

Abstract

A conceptual. administrative and technical approximation as to the nature of this factor is made in the light of its use as a living space handling element. This is followed by a review of such projects in which it would be applicable. Here. the legal and planning requirements that would make this necessary are laid out. A general system for the nice ascertaining of the same is proposed. this. in turn. leads on to a further proposal for a specific real model within a formal structure and the manner in which this. in its turn. could be put into effect.
