Suiza. Líneas básicas de la legislación urbanística en varios cantones de la Suisse Romande
Abstract
Ante la excesiva extensión de aludir a la legislación urbanística de los veintiséis Cantones, se
ha operado por vía de selección, haciendo principalmente referencia a los Cantones de Berna, Ginebra, Ticino,
Friburgo, Neuchâtel y Jura, que permiten una muestra bastante representativa de Cantones de gran
extensión, media y pequeña
La legislación manejada para la confección del documento en el original está escrita en el idioma francés,
salvo la del Cantón de Ticino que está redactada en italiano. Las leyes cantonales, los Reglamentos y
las Ordenanzas nos han sido suministrados por los propios Cantones, a través de la petición formulada por
el Servicio de Legislación Extranjera del Congreso de los Diputados, a quien agradecemos el habernos gestionado
y suministrado la documentación precisa. Paralelamente, hemos consultado el «Receuil Systematique
du Droit Federal».
[Como se decía en la introducción general a esta sección de «Urbanismos comparados» (CyTET, 127: 83-86),
este trabajo quedó ya elaborado, tal cual es ahora publicado, en noviembre de 1995, por lo que desde entonces
las referencias legislativas y administrativas que contiene pueden haber cambiado en algunos puntos concretos
que no han podido ser contrastados (n.e.)].

Authors must sign a Transfer of Rights Form, which will be sent to them from the CyTET Secretariat once the article is accepted for publication.
With the aim of promoting the dissemination of knowledge, CyTET joins the Open Journal Access (OA) movement and delivers all of its content to various national and international indexes, repositories and databases under this protocol; therefore, the submission of a work to be published in the journal presupposes the explicit acceptance by the author of this distribution method.
Authors are encouraged to reproduce and host their work published in CyTET in institutional repositories, web pages, etc. with the intention of contributing to the improvement of the transfer of knowledge and the citation of said works.
