Abstract

From the perspective of the so-called ‘political constitutionalism’ serious objections have been raised regarding the activity (and the very existence) of a constitutional jurisdiction, that might exercise an undue influence on the functions assigned
to other State powers. The present article examines some of the challenges of facing the Spanish Constitutional Court, due to the initiatives on the part of other political actors.
