Abstract

The interventions of members of the judiciary in social networks are subject to examination and assessment by the Judicial Ethics Commission. This paper shows, analyzes and reflects on the scope, impact and virtuality of the principles of judicial ethics and how these may, or may not, hinder the exercise of the fundamental right to freedom of expression of judges in social networks. All this, in the light of the various reports and opinions that the Commission has prepared on the subject.
