Abstract

The work is conceived as an approach to the evolution that has followed the resource for the protection of rights created by the Organic Law of the Constitutional Court for the control of the acts of the bodies of the national and territorial parliaments, especially after the important legal reforms of 2007 and 2015. The tendency towards the objectification of the protection process with a certain forgetfulness of the protection of constitutional rights seems to mark the trajectory of this procedure in the last two decades. However, given that it is a procedure that is activated with individualized claims and that forces the Constitutional Court to offer tailored solutions, it will always be difficult to identify the permanence of constant patterns and will require a periodic review of our conclusions.
