Abstract
Con esta monografía, el Dr. Julio César Muñiz Pérez realiza un estudio relativo a las medidas contra la despoblación, si bien presenta varias originalidades. En primer lugar, las temáticas que forman el título, esto es, la fiscalidad, la digitalización y la despoblación, son analizadas como factores independientes, pero que se condicionan y matizan de forma recíproca. Se realiza un análisis de estas tres variables, comenzando por la despoblación, siguiendo con la digitalización para, finalmente, converger en la fiscalidad. Para ello, se utilizan perspectivas distintas, recurriendo a elementos de carácter histórico, sociológico, filosófico o psicológico que se incorporan al examen de esta problemática. Todos los aspectos mencionados manifiestan la fuerte interdisciplinariedad que, según su autor, es necesario para afrontar los mencionados temas.
