Information Systems in Health Planning
Abstract
This article sets out the idea behind the Health Information System, as a tool for applying health policies and for intersectoral decision-making. The elements and development of the Health Information System are discussed, with special reference to the basic data which must be contained with a view to health planning. Finally there is a reflection on the adjustment of information needs to the decision-making levels.Downloads
