User´s criteria regarding Choice of hospital

Abstract

On introduce in this research a test of 423 person with the objetive of determining wich were the factors more importants for the hospitalary choice. The more important factors were "technical competence of professionals" "attention by the professionals", and "fast personnel treatment". On the other hand the least important factors considered were: "urban accesibility" "open and green spaces" and "external and internal image". Coeficient of concordance Kendall = 0,414. On can conclude in this study, that patients Know well what they want and they distinguish perfectly what they wait to receive from a Hospital.
