Company Obligations in Matters Concerning The Prevention of Occupational Hazards

Abstract

Using the conceptualisation of the Prevention of Occupational Hazards Act as a basis, an analysis is carried out of company responsabilities in the question of preventing such hazards and in the development of the employment contract. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on terminology diffkulties with respect to concepts, legal matters and materials, in the application of the Act.
