Abstract

The changes that have taken place in the Spanish party system after both legislative elections celebrated in 2015 have modified the functioning of the Spanish parliamentary system. This work analyzes those changes and its consequences in the governability area and proposes a reform on the election system of the prime minister established in the Spanish Constitution.
