Abstract

This paper expects to critically examine what the passing of the Law of Publicity and Institutional Communication 29/2005 set on December 29th has meant and how it affects electoral campaigns during elections. So that, the most relevant aspects of this law are analyzed step by step: The relationship with the Electoral Regulations law; its main ideas and principles; its positive elements and all those aspects that would be take into consideration by the lawmaker.
