Abstract

The approval of the Treaty of Lisbon has been considered by many as the beginning of a new stage, referring to the development of the European framework. However, regarding to the purely European, criminal tutelage of the juridical goods of ownership, as well as to other juridical goods, very important for the Union itself, the desired advance has not been produced. Maybe, the heritage received from the treaty by means of which a Constitution for Europe was established has in someway conditioned the desesperated final result which has been reached.
