Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide the context and on that basis to reflect
on the objective of the latest reform of the Statute of the Court of Justice in the context of the evolution of the European Union’s judicial system from the perspective of a user and at the same time an actor of that architecture as an agent of a Member State.
