Abstract

Mediation is a successful way to resolve conflicts nowadays. This study aims to analyse the possibility of applying mediation in conflicts related to the civil service. First of all, in matter of collective bargaining, even in so called «juridical», than in «interest» conflicts. But mediation could also be used for individual conflicts concerning the exercise of rights by public employees, and interpersonal labour relationships. In this last sense, we think that mediation could have an interesting place in matter of mobbing. This study made a juridical approach to those questions, explaining the way to start up a mediation process inside the administrative procedure.
