Abstract
This paper presents the results of soil physical and chemical properties and their influence in the stability of aggregates in a slope transect with three types of soil use: shrub (Rosmarinus officinalis), abandoned land and cultivated land. The results show the links between some physics and chemistries characteristics of soil and the stability of aggregates. Some properties as the organic matter content (OM), the cathionic interchange capacity (T) and the potassium content favoured the aggregate stability. The human action showed in the tillage, crop and abandoning, disturb the granulometric distribution and the organic matter content and at the same time increase the unstability of aggregates.
