Abstract

Generally, culture and nature have been expounded separately. Constitutional Law is clearly located within the realm of culture. However, certain biological tools are useful in our discipline too. The complex understanding of Constitutional Law is also needed for judicial review. Constitutional life, the birth, zenith and decline of constitutions and the study of constitutional identities are, among others, interesting topics of an interrelated, yet forgotten, agenda.
