Nuevos tiempos en las relaciones entre el Tribunal Supremo y el Tribunal Constitucional en España ¿De las desavenencias a una relación dialogada?

Abstract

This paper analizes whether the relationship between the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court in Spain —which were difficult in the past—, has evolved into a relationship that could be described as one of «judicial dialogue». The paper examines whether the reforms introduced in the «amparo appeal», plus the constitutional maturity of our Courts, have better defined the frameworks in which legality questions and constitutional questions are placed, and as a consequence, locating each Court in its right place.
