Abstract

In the current multilevel systems of human rights is essential a constant and freeflowing dialogue between the Courts in charge of guaranteeing them. Tensions and agreements among theirs different visions of rights help to its dynamism and enrichment. Rules of resend or of constitutional opening to the international standard of rights, graphically called, «loving rights clauses» , are the hinge among the legal systems which make it possible. In this paper we check the clause included by Mexico in its recent constitutional reform (june 2011). We wonder about its efficiency to remove the obstacles which, until now, armoured the mexican constitutional rules system to, mainly, the American Human Rights Convention and Court.
