Abstract

After the discovery of several dinosaur tracksites in the Carixian (Pliensbachian; Middle Liassic) near Goulmima (Central High-Atlas of Morocco), a prospection campaign leads to the find of a new relevant outcrop that contains three trackways: one with theropod tracks (Eubrontes) and two with robust ornithopod-like footprints, which are similar to those of large Iguanodontia. Because of the Liassic age of the rocks and the relative large size of the footprints, and following previous works and interpretations, these tracks are referred to graviportal and apparently bipedal thyreophorans, which may be related to stegosaurs.
