Abstract

The study deals with the appeal against the inclusion of two citizens on a nomination list and warns about the problems that may arise from revising how some relevant elements of of the electoral legal regulation. Attention drawn to two aspects: the maintenance of respect for the constitutional and legal order in electoral matters beyond its circumstantial technical deficiencies of certain rules and the constitutional and legal nature of the Electoral Census.
