Abstract

This paper seeks to outline the excessive use of International Law in order to influence and mutate the Economic Constitution of Social State. For this, the Spanish constitutional democracy and its opening clause will be the reference, beside the Treaty of Stability, Coordination and Governance, which has reinforced the balanced budget rule. This way, the mentioned reinforcement and its convergence into the Economic Model of the European Union will be analysed in order to check the true scope of the mutation from the former open National Economic Constitution.
