Abstract

This paper, taking account of the political and legislative novelties of the 2012, begins with the analysis of the laws approved to substitute the financial markets. The paper underlines the action of the ECB, the ESFM Treaty and the Governance Treaty. After that, the work studies the application of this norms in under the light of the financial aid to the Spanish Financial System, scenario that is completed with the measures approved by the State to offer financial help to the Comunidades Autónomas and entes locales. In the second part, the paper takes a look to the consequences that the reconstruction of the financial market had on the Constitutional State.
