Abstract

This paper discusses four methods of risk assessment. These methods have been selected based on the ability to better adapt to the characteristics of the construction sector: INSHT, ANACT, RNUR and FINE. They have been applied to three building constructions of different features. In each construction work, three high accident phases were analyzed: structure, façades and roofs. The research studies 10 working risks, classified according to the technique used against that particular risk, that is: safety at work (4), (2) industrial hygiene, ergonomics (2) and (2) applied psychology. Results show that there are very significant differences in terms of risk types and levels of risk that each method is capable of signaling, depending on the type of work analyzed. Keywords: Prevention; safety at work; methodology; risk assessment; construction
