Abstract

The main idea of this article seemed focused on designing a system of total control to become the transport system ingredients specializes in the manufacture of food products in a completely automated factory. The system must know at all times the demand for the products in each workstation, as well as other key features in the making. At first automation is implemented only with the aid of a PLC logic controller (PLC) and a screen human machine interface (HMI) to allow an operator to monitor and control the entire installation without leaving your job. However, it was decided to carry out automation with a wide and varied selection of electronic devices. So also we implemented a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a microprocessor Arduino. The timing of all these devices can not only get a more economical and effective, but also a success of broad industrial interest, to cover several typical areas of Engineering.
