Abstract

The implementation of continuous improvement systems (MC) is one of the strategies that companies use to achieve excellence and improve their competitiveness. One of the pillars of these systems is to involve all members of the organization in the activities of MC, in order to generate a constant flow of ideas to improve and innovate. However, sustained over time these systems it is not a simple task. In particular, various authors claim that one of the main causes that hinder the success of these systems is the lack of commitment of the workers with these initiatives. Therefore, to be able measure the main factors that affect the participation of employees in the systems of MC, it will enable us to advance the research in order to increase the effectiveness of the systems of MC
