Abstract

The new technologically advanced buildings require a complex engineering sophistication it is comparable to the equipment typically industrialized products, such as the precision machinery and equipment of last generation. In this regard the Iberdrola Tower is an example of a building of offices with structural systems, electromechanical and communications, which can be classed as " High-Tech ", whose object is the achievement of environments suitable for the development of the activity of the users.
