Abstract

The improvement of economic profitability is field of work in all disciplines. The agrarian areas could be more profi table through the implementation of solar fields and it would be an alternative to increase the benefits. The implementations of solar tracking systems increase the production of electric energy compared with the fix systems. The present study develops a technique of integration of solar tracking systems in an olive field, evaluating the optimal distribution to avoid shadows between them and eliminate the minimum trees. A viability study is developed and it could be concluded that installing solar tracking systems, an economical improvement can be achieved. The technique can be extended to other trees plantation allocated on a particular geographic area.
