El efecto del juego en la promoción del equilibrio y la prevención del riesgo de caídas en los ancianos

Resumen

Introducción: El juego analógico dirigido a personas idas con alteraciones de equilibrio y riesgo de quedar demostrados algunos resultados potentes, con todos los estudios en cassos.
Objetivo: El presente estudio pretende probar el potencial de un juego analógico en la mejora del equilibrio y la disminución del riesgo de quedar, bem como caracterizar o desempenho dos participantes en el juego y su relación con las variaciones de equilibrio y el riesgo de queda. Metodologia: Foram analisados ​​dados recolhidos em três momentos: inicial (T0); Después de 6 semanas de intervención con juego (T1) y final (T2), después de 6 semanas sin intervención con juego. Foram calculadas correlações entre o desempenho no jogo nas diferentes grelhas (S, M e L) e os indicadores de equilibrio (Teste de Levantar e Ir (TUG) e teste Tinetti); Estos testículos foram comparados entre os períodos com y sem o jogo.
Resultados: Dez personas idas (87,60±7,25 años; 8 mujeres) participaron no estudo, mejorando significativamente los valores de TUG apenas entre T0-T1 (p=0,002). Los valores de las pruebas de Tinetti mejoraron significativamente en los dos períodos de intervención (p=0,001; p=0,006). El desarrollo en grelha L demostró correlación con el teste Tinetti (T0 - ρ = -0,664; p = 0,036) y con TUG apenas en 2ª tentativa (T0; r = 0,680; p = 0,030*).
Conclusión: Existe un potencial beneficio del juego analógico na melhoria do risco de queda (TUG) na pessoa idosa institucionalizada. El juego implementado, en su nivel más exigente (grelha L), parece adecuado al contexto de reactivación, promovendo el aprendizaje a largo plazo.
