El bulo que encogió el corazón de España: análisis de la difusión y refutación de narrativas desinformadoras mediante Análisis de Redes Sociales y Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural

Este artículo analiza la difusión y refutación de la narrativa falsa sobre cientos de muertos el parking de Bonaire, surgido tras las inundaciones por la DANA de Valencia en 2024. A partir de 6.324 tuits publicados en X (antes Twitter), se aplica una metodología mixta que combina análisis de redes sociales y procesamiento del lenguaje natural (PLN) mediante modelos de lenguaje de gran escala (GPT-5-nano). Se examinan las estructuras de co-menciones y co-hashtags, las comunidades discursivas y la clasificación automatizada del sentimiento y la veracidad. Los resultados evidencian una propagación inicial del rumor seguida de una respuesta correctiva dominante, con protagonismo de actores mediáticos, institucionales y verificadores. Los hallazgos se interpretan desde la teoría de la sociedad del riesgo y la esfera pública, y permiten contrastar una proposición tri-factorial sobre las condiciones estructurales que determinan la asimetría entre desinformación y refutación: velocidad de circulación, verificabilidad empírica y visibilidad estructuralmente desigual entre comunidades discursivas.
