Disputar la igualdad: marcos cognitivos y redes discursivas en el debate parlamentario sobre la Ley de Libertad Sexual en España

Resumen

Este artículo analiza las dinámicas discursivas del debate parlamentario en torno a la Ley Orgánica de Garantía Integral de la Libertad Sexual, conocida como la “Ley del Solo Sí es Sí”, aprobada en España en 2022. El objetivo es identificar los marcos cognitivos movilizados por los actores políticos para apoyar o rechazar la ley, y mapear los significados normativos en disputa sobre la igualdad de género. A partir de un enfoque metodológico mixto, que combina análisis temático y de redes discursivas, el estudio explora las dimensiones sustantivas del debate y la estructura relacional de las interacciones entre los partidos. Los resultados muestran que el debate parlamentario se estructura en torno a tres dimensiones analíticas diferenciadas. Una dimensión democrática, movilizada predominantemente por el Gobierno y los actores que respaldan el proyecto legislativo; una dimensión jurídica, articulada en torno al marco del consentimiento, que actúa como nodo bisagra y es empleada tanto por actores favorables como contrarios a la iniciativa; y una dimensión cultural-ideológica, movilizada principalmente por Vox, actor anti-género, que a pesar de estar aislado retóricamente, ocupa una posición central en la estructura relacional del debate, al convertirse en el principal antagonista en torno al cual se organizan dinámicas de confrontación.
