Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The manuscript is original and it is not being considered simultaneously in other journals.
  • The file is in pdf or doc formats. If in pdf and it is finally accepted, the author will submit the original "doc" file at a later time.
  • The manuscript is written in accordance with last APA norms. Figures and tables are included according to APA norms and of sufficient quality for reproduction.
  • Title and abstract in English and Spanish are included in the manuscript. Authors with primary language other than Spanish, and with no possibility to include the abstract in Spanish can submit with the abstract only in English.

Author Guidelines

We publish manuscript originally written preferentially in ENGLISH and also in SPANISH. The whole manuscript must be written according to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (5th edition). Examples of references: - books: Toglia, M.P. y Battig, W.E. (1978). Handbook of semantic word norms. Hillsdale, N.J.: Erlbaum. - papers: Ross, B.H. y Anderson, J.R. (1981). A test of parallel versus serial processing applied to memory retrieval. Journal of Mathematical Psychology, 24, 183-223. Figures and tables must be of a sufficient quality to be reproduced adequately, and their place in the text must be indicated according to the usual rules.
