¿Traducción de textos espirituales versus traducción espiritual? Planteamiento de una interrogante traductológica

Resumen

En el presente artículo el autor estudia la pertinencia relativa de dos sintagmas traductológicos: « traducción de textos espirituales » y « traducción espiritual ». Para ello se analizan textos, entre otros de San Agustín, E.T.A. Hoffmann, Pablo de Tarso y Santa Teresa de Jesús, como fuentes más pertinentes para plantearse y analizar la interrogante traductológica anunciada desde el título. A rationale for a translation theory question Hugo MARQUANT In this article the author studies the relative pertinence of two translation syntagmas: “translation of spiritual texts” and “spiritual translation.” To this end, texts such as Saint Augustine, E.T.A. Hoffman, Paul of Tarsus and St. Teresa of Ávila are analyzed as the most representative in order to consider and analyze the translation question announced in the title.
