Abstract

The use of robots in the modern manufacturing industry is intensive; In particular, mobile robotics finds an extensive field of application in one of its most relevant industrial achievements: Automatic Guided Vehicles, better known by its acronym as AGV, In a common way, such vehicles transport from the warehouse to the assembly point parts that will be integrated into a product, by means of sensors that track two belts or magnetic bands buried superficially or superposed and fastened firmly to the floor.
