Abstract

After the Constitutional Court Decision 143/2017, which cancels a large part of
the state legislation referring to the Buildings’ Assessment Report (IEE), the paper examines
and compares the situation of this instrument (and the Buildings’ Technical Inspection or
ITE) in the current regional regulations. The comparative study presents the differences
existing in the different autonomic regulatory frameworks in terms of contents, obligation,
age and typologies of the buildings obliged, periodicity, creation of regional registers, etc.
