Factores de riesgo y protección en la vivienda colaborativa: impacto del entorno urbano en la calidad de vida (WHOQOL-BREF)

Resumen

El artículo evalúa el impacto de determinantes territoriales y de gestión en la calidad de vida percibida por adultos mayores en viviendas colaborativas de Alicante, Jaén, Málaga y Madrid (España). Bajo la perspectiva de la OMS (WHOQOL-BREF), el estudio sigue las directrices STROBE con un diseño transversal (n=93) centrado en la dimensión Entorno. Los resultados revelan que el transporte, el acceso sanitario y la capacidad económica son los factores más discriminantes frente a los modelos de máxima satisfacción. Se concluye que el bienestar en la vivienda colaborativa depende de la integración exitosa del diseño con el entorno urbano. La planificación debe priorizar la accesibilidad y la eficiencia distributiva de los servicios e infraestructuras esenciales para mitigar riesgos territoriales y promover un envejecimiento saludable y equitativo.
